Philadelphia, PA – (January 19, 2009) The most sophisticated and elegant bridal event of the year will be held at the Park Hyatt in Philadelphia on the 19th Floor, Saturday, February 28, 2009 from 12 to 4 p.m. Internationally recognized designer, Nicole Miller, will be available to meet with brides as she will make a very special personal appearance at the event. In conjunction with Philadelphia Wedding, the city’s top bridal publication, The Bellevue Gets Engaged, will provide brides-to-be with the opportunity to discuss their special day with top wedding professionals, while discovering the latest in bridal fashions, trends, and décor.

After entering through the domed XIX Café, brides-to-be and their guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in XIX bar where Carrie Denny, Philadelphia Wedding editor and author of The Bride’s Instruction Manual, will be available for a book signing and questions. The Rose Garden Ballroom will be transformed into a high-energy runway showcase featuring bridal fashions and formalwear from Nicole Miller and Polo Ralph Lauren. Bellevue merchants; Williams-Sonoma, Tiffany & Co., Teuscher Chocolates of Switzerland, Origins, Pierre & Carlo, and Vigant will showcase their services for the bride and groom.

VIP guests will be invited to experience a signature Breakfast at Tiffany’s reception from 11 am to 12 pm for a meet and greet with Nicole Miller and Carrie Denny. Tiffany & Co. will host 75 guests for a catered breakfast by Bliss Restaurant before the main event.

The most elite of sponsors have come together to fulfill a truly all-inclusive wedding event experience. Evantine Design, an award-winning event production and design firm, will transform the 19th floor with their innovative signature style. EBE Entertainment, a five-star entertainment company, will jump start the crowd and provide live band performances throughout the afternoon. Video One Productions, whose goal is to capture all the moments and emotion of that special day, will document the entire event with their signature documentary journalist style. They will also have the opportunity to enjoy drink specials from Gentleman Jack at The Palm, JL Sullivan’s, Bliss or experience a seminar of how to choose the perfect diamond at Tiffany & Co.

The Bellevue Gets Engaged will conclude with fabulous prizes and a gift bag for all guests featuring something special from event participants.
